Our "listening yard" concerts are held in our beautiful backyard on an open air patio with flowers behind the performer(s). Thus the name "Garden Party Concerts." We serve everyone a free dinner about 45 minutes prior to the show, ask that all attendees please bring their own chairs for seating on the lawn, hold the performance for about two hours (including the intermission) and wrap everything up by sunset. The back of our house faces west to a wooded area, so the sun drops below the tree line before our event times and the backyard is shaded. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we move the events into our living room.
Our events are NOT public and therefore admission to our shows is by invitation only. If you'd like to attend you must reserve your space(s) by replying to one of the emails we send out to those on our list and receiving a reply confirmation from us that you're on the reservation list. In that reply you'll be given our address and full details regarding parking, things you'll need to bring, the dinner menu for the show you are attending, etc.
Capacity is limited to 50 people at each event (or only 40 if the show is inside), so once the reservation "window" opens for a show you'd like to attend, the sooner you reply to reserve your space the better your chances that we'll still have room for you on our reservation list.
